 I have been hearing about the "get rich quick syndrome " which seems to be doing more harm than good to the Nigerian society. Some Nigerian youths are no longer interested in making money the right,legal and honourable way. Some have gone into illegal acts such as armed robbery,political thuggery, kidnapping, Yahoo and Yahoo plus,money ritual etc. These social vices are not helping the Nigerian society. Some of our youths no longer care about the dignity in labour and why hard work pays all they care about is making money at the expense of others .Money is not bad but it should be made in the right and honourable way. You cannot be happy making money at the detriment of other people. Yes the government has failed but we the youth should not fail ourselves. I wonder when we became so money conscious that we no longer want to start small and grow big. We now want to blow by all means even if it is illegal. Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has called for the investigation of President Muhammadu Buhari’s family’s alleged ownership of shares in the Etisalat Nigeria and Keystone Bank. The former Vice President made the call in a statement yesterday by his Special Assistant on Public Communication, Phrank Shaibu. The 18-year-old Regina Daniels involved in horrible car crash today  on Christmas  eve  .which left their car in a seriously bad  position but no deaths is recorded . She walked away from the car accident without a scratch.

 Prof Is-haq Oloyede said at a stakeholders meeting for CBT Centre operators and others at the University of Lagos on Thursday that the sale of e-PINs for the examination would last for six weeks. Even though the actual examination dates were not announced. Oloyede had initially announced January 3rd as the commencement date to January 10th 2018 following an appeal by the CBT operators for more time to complete their online network test. All centres were only given seven days from today to complete the test that would ensure all their computers were in shape and could communicate with the JAMB control room in Abuja. However, it was extended after the CBT operators appealed. Oloyede said the registration of the examination would be done  by 718 accredited CBT centres across the country. Members of Winner Chapel have narrowly escaped tragic death after getting involved  in a horrific accident A man has told the story of how he and his family were lucky to be alive after being involved in a ghastly motor accident. The man identified as Pstr Makoro Precious Fwacn, a Nigerian lecturer, was coming back from Shiloh, a yearly church program organised by the Winners Chapel when the accident happened. Lagos State Police Command arrested Adekunle Temitope,popularly known as Small Doctor , for unlawful possession of firearms and for allegedly threatening to shoot a police officer. Edgal Imohimi, Lagos State Commissioner of Police, revealed this to the press on Monday while parading the musician along with three other persons. Small Doctor was arrested on allegations that he threatened a Police officer who was on traffic duty along Oshodi, Lagos. “It was alleged that some unknown men, four of them, in an unregistered green SUV had brought out a gun and threatened a policeman that if he does not leave the road, they will shoot him,”  Imohimi said.  “Believing that they were armed robbers, I sent out my men and fortunately, with the DPO in charge of Shogunle division, they were able to intercept them and the men were arrested and were brought down to the headquarters for interrogation. “It was then discovered that one of them is the same Adekunle Temitope, a.k.a. ‘Small Doctor’....
